We have a client who has a claimed storefront listing and an unclaimed SAB listing (that wasn't created by them and used to be claimed by someone else, but doesn't appear to be now). What's the best way to get these merged?

If the unclaimed SAB listing is not verified and has no reviews, I'd simply delete it by suggesting an edit and selecting "private place or home" (if it is a house).

The unclaimed SAB listing has 5 reviews. The claimed listing has none.
