Hello:

One of my client's listings was marked as a duplicate and I was given some unclear instructions about how to move forward, so I replied with three questions seeking clarification on September 9th. I sent a follow up and never heard back. Other than continuing to reply and ask for a response, is there anything else I could be doing to hear back?
