Non-English Website Optimization

Dentist wants to start targeting the Spanish users.

Just recently added a plug-in to a dentist website so a user can select from a number of languages to display the website.

Client was asking if there was a way to optimize for Spanish language. Didn't think it would be a good idea to start sprinkling Spanish words all over the website. Any suggestions?

Bob,

At the very least, create a page on "Spanish-Speaking Dentist in [City]." Yes, that page would be entirely en Espanol Link to it from the homepage, and maybe have a paragraph on the homepage in Spanish.
