A bit long winded, and wondering if anybody else is experiencing this?
We're not able to see reviews / they're not loading up when:
On mobile
Using either Chrome or Safari ( inside the Maps app functions fine )
When searching for a business name ( our client )
When logged into Chrome or Safari as the owner or manager of that GBP profile
When selecting 'Reviews' and clicking the dropdown arrow to see them

We first discovered this around 2 weeks ago. Google support weren't interested in looking into this glitch or bug.
I've tested and found the same issue with 3 other clients with separate logins, and it's been replicated on 2 phones, 4 browsers and in 2 different countries so it's not just me.
If this is affecting more profiles then it would be good to somehow get it flagged to Google and get it fixed!
