Mobile SEO

Choose your mobile configuration

There are 3 ways to go mobile: responsive web design, dynamic serving, and separate URLs. Learn the pros and cons of each configuration and choose the most fitting method.

Signal your configuration to search engines

Make sure search engines like Google can understand your mobile site setup.

Avoid common mistakes

Configure for other devices

Nice find Dusty! I also recommend using pingdom speed test to find actual page load speeds.

Google Insights doesn't show actual page load time. It is possible to see a good score on Google Insights but have 10 sec page load.

I have found sub 2 second loads will really bump rankings even in the largest cities.
