Placeid not showing up

I wanted to give people a link to review a business so I looked for the placeid here:
https://developers.google.com/places/place-id
When I type in the business name, the business name doesn't appear in the auto suggest so I have been unable to get the place ID.
The business name is in Hebrew:
טוביה לרנר טוען רבני ומגשר

To see if it's the specific business I looked for, I tried looking for Hilton Garden Inn Times Square and still got an error.

Maybe they are just having an off day

BTW, when you got the review link for me did you just copy and paste the Hebrew text?

A little tip for you.

Do a search in Google rather than Maps for something that brings up your listing, inspect the element of the write a review button, this reveals your place id and your LRD

Yes, I just copied and pasted the text. Hebrew's not one of the languages I have much familiarity with... my grandpa was very comfortable with it (he was a biblical scholar) but not me. Gradeus' review tool seems fine with unicode characters though, so it worked fine.
