I have a client who ranks fantastic in traditional organic results for everything he wants, except the map pack. On his own, without any weird tricks or incentivising
offers, he also has significantly more (all favorable) reviews compared to his competitors.

His NAP's are fine as far as I can tell, nice old domain, respected business.

Is proximity from the centroid enough to keep someone out of the pack even when they seem to be doing everything right, and from what I can tell, much better than his competitors?

Hi Charlie,

Might not be centroid, might be something else. There are many reasons for what I call a disconnected listing. (Ranks high organic, but not in the pack.)

If you want us to investigate, please start a new thread down in the help section with a link to the G+ L page and we'll be happy to see if we can find any issues.
