There is a HVAC company that has a Google+ page with the address listed and roofing as their category. How are they able to go from nowhere in sight to the top of rankings in the matter of 3 or 4 weeks? This is both confusing and frustrating. Kel, not sure I understand?

This looks like a roofing company. Where do you get HVAC? Maybe since you are local you know them and know they are trying to pull something? But I'm not seeing it. Or possibly it's a merge but I'm not seeing signs of that either.

All info, images, reviews and website are for roofing. And they have commercial office space, so if staffed full-time and customer facing, they can show address.

Can you explain more about what your concerns are on this one?
