I have a customer that lost their business to a fire. They are relocating to a temporary location until they decide to rebuild at old address, stay in the temporary location for good, or find a new place altogether. They don't know how long it will be before they decide. It is an insurance agency that services most of the clients by phone/email, but they also have some walk-in business.

I hate to change all citations to their temporary location, any suggestions?

Hey Mike,

I would only update a handful of directories. Basically, just the ones the rank well for branded searches so that potential customers don't get confused if they come across it. If it turns out to be a longer then anticipated stay at the temp address, I would reassess at that time.
