Tried to start a new GMB after suspended, is URL blacklisted? Starting to think so...

After being finally told my listing wasn't going to be reinstated, I tried setting up a new listing from a different email address, home address and IP, albeit with the same URL.

Almost 10 days in and no letter has arrived. When I log back into the listing it gives no indication of being on some sort of URL blacklist...but I'm starting to suspect this is the case.

Is this a known "thing" folks? Assuming it is, does that mean THAT address has now been suspended as well?

Not at this juncture no unfortunately. I'd just rather know if it's a known occurrence. The last time I requested one it took 3 days.
