Trying to Remove Covid-19 Links From GBP But It Won't Let Us?

We are trying to remove all of the Covid 19 URL links we added to client pages. When we try to do this, it wont let us. It keeps giving us this. Almost like it wont allow it to be blank. Has anyone seen this before?

We have run into this as well. This is Google's doing. We have used 2 options. Insert our main domain link or link to the CDC.org website. It appears this is just for certain types of businesses and we are hoping Google will remove this over time.

Thank you! I reached out to support. They are escalating to a specialist. I figured worst case scenario, like you said, Ill just put main home page in there if need be. The Covid pages have all been removed from the clients sites so it may just update on its own with updates as well.
