UBL/Advice Interactive Merger

Does anybody know any details about this and how it's going to work?

I don't personally use UBL but they have a new site for their merger and that product offerings looks, at least, interesting.

If no one has heard anything, I'll post the email I received.

I posted about it 4 months ago:

But other than all their PR I have not heard anything from anyone else.
Have not heard of anyone trying it or anything at all.
