I've done everything GMB support has asked to do to ensure my accounts get resolved. So far no luck.

I've emailed (they stop replying), tweeted them and posted on the community.

I even got someone that is a Google Partner to help and they also had no luck.

What else can I do or what am I missing?

  • Verified page by phone
  • Basic information (phone, address, services, categories, hours)
  • Photos of outside and inside building, and employees
  • Legal business documents (Certificate of business & Acknowledgement)

I had this same thing happen a few months ago. Very frustrating. All I can say is the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
 
@Abeltx85 , I had the same thing happen with one of my clients recently also. The listing was verified by mailed code, but it showed up as pending.

Mine was just resolved earlier this week. I messaged GMB a couple times myself in the interim and received the same response you show above.

It took just over a month for mine to be resolved. You may just have to wait on Google. :cool:
