When are offer posts supposed to be visible?

We don't do offer posts that commonly at our agency. so when a client complained that posts I made a few days ago weren't showing, I was surprised.
But the client is right (they are not always lol). On this panel, there should be no less than three offer posts between that first one and the next, but not a single one of them is displayed! You have to load to scroll allllll the way back to the "show all" option to be able to view them. What the hell?

We're experiencing the same issue—our offer posts, which have date ranges that started a few days ago, are being pushed far behind regular posts that have been posted months ago.

On mobile, they appear at the top, but on desktop, they are getting buried down.

Would love some guidance on this - Is this a bug?
