My client wanted to upload some photos to his G+ page so, instead of asking me, he just went ahead and uploaded them. To my surprise, they took up the 5 positions underneath the big cover image. I had believed that these were still controlled by the old Places page dashboard but not any more it would seem.
He also wanted to get rid of the profile image which was the picture he had originally uploaded to his Places page.
I tried deleting it from the Places dashboard but it still remained. I tried uploading another image to the Places dashboard but the old image still remained.
Today I clicked on the profile image itself and was taken through to this page
And was surprised to see a Local red balloon which links through to this page https://plus.google.com/109925449492545080830/posts?hl=en called Local Photos with the date as April 2012 which may well have been when he originally uploaded the image.
Has anyone else come across this or have any idea how I can edit this image?
And should I be uploading images to the G+ page rather than the Places dashboard now?
