What is the Best Practice For Removing citations from multiple different office locations that have closed down?

Go through each site, search for the old location info, and request removal of the listings you find. Use the "suggest an edit" functionality on the site, or contact the site's support.

This can be tedious work, so you can hire citation companies like Whitespark to do it for you if you don't want to do it.

But also, you could just leave the listings. They're not doing any harm.
