Bold and image in mobile listings

I was looking thru local electrician on my iPhone using Chrome browser and saw this:

Click on it then scrolling down showed me this:

This is the first time I have ever seen a business name bolded in the listings, and the image too. Even the web listings has it. Has anyone seen this before?

Ok, so now I am on my computer and I can see that when I go to their website the tab in desktop Chrome is bolded too:

And the image in their maps listing is the same as the one at the top of their website:

Is this a glitch in Chrome?

They're doing this by using unicode in the business name. I don't suggest doing it for several reasons which are explained here: Does Using Unicode Help Click-Through-Rate? - Sterling Sky Inc

You can also suggest an edit and fix the name since Google wouldn't want a business using unicode. If that doesn't work, you can send it via the Redressal Form.
