For a dentist, the Maps display picture is a "Before" video. How can I change the display picture?

A dental client has a video showing a patient's teeth before & after dental implants on their GBP. The "before" part is at the beginning of the video. The video is being shown as the Display image, so the very off-putting "before" image is the first thing users see.

It was recently was made to be the display photo, and clicks and calls from GBP have dropped by over 25% since the video was made the display image.

Get a photo of the exterior of the practice with the staff and upload that. Google typically loves exterior photos.

Thank you for the response @keyserholiday. They have panoramic and standard photos of both the the exterior and interior of the business, but Google is still showing the "before & after" video as the display image.

Is there a way to manually set the display image, or move the videos "down" in the list of images so it's not one one of the first people see?

If not, I'm guessing we'd just need to remove the video?

There is no way to set the sort order or make one photo show up first. It's all done automatically by Google. Your best choice is to remove the video and see if the clicks and calls increase.

Are you referring to the cover photo? Can you share a quick screenshot or the URL of where you are seeing this?
