Google Shows New Address Listing Instead of Older Service Area Listing

Hi,

A client of ours has an older existing service area listing: approved-contractor-san-diego - Google Search

Recently a new listing popped up, created from a landing page by their PPC company. This new listing has a UPS address: Approved Contractor Inc · 5173 Waring Rd, San Diego, CA 92120

The issue is that now this new listing to showing up for their brand name instead of the older one. We have claimed the new listing but it got suspended, however, it is still showing.

I don't believe we can merge these listings as the address is different and a tracking number is used for the new listing.

Any recommendations on how to get this new listing removed?

Google creates new listings from a landing page? Didn't realize that could happen. I wonder if that's what is going on with our duplicates.
