How is homeadvisor 'stealing' this phone number?

I went to look up a specific local appliance repair guy in google...called the number listed on their yelp page (which is the same number elsewhere on the net for them) and instead of the people from the business I expected to pick up...it was forwarding to a homeadvisor number.

'We can help you find another service guy in your area as the current number no longer is in service...we can connect you to one homeadvisor expert press one' blah blah blah.
