These may come from the Services section of your GMB listing: Local Justifications Are a Big Deal and You Can Influence Them

They just started pulling that data from the "Services" section. This callout can also be triggered if you have reviews that mention a service, or if your website mentions the service. If it is triggered from the Website or from the Reviews, it will call that out.
