You can submit a new sitemap if you wish but if you added the redirect line to .htaccess you don't need to. Googlebot will also follow those and correct its index eventually.

Just tested that the redirects were working by entering the URL http://bestheatingrepairservice.com/uncategorized/heating-trends-that-will-save-you-money-in-2020/ into my browser; It automatically brings up http://bestheatingrepairservice.com/heating-trends-that-will-save-you-money-in-2020/ so that part is working.

But... the page still shows "Uncategorized" in the breadcrumbs so that needs to be fixed.
