Is their any other modes for reverification for a service area business GBP

Are there alternative verification methods available for a service-area Google Business Profile? One of my client's has been working as a digital marketing freelancer GBP profile was previously verified, but he is now being prompted to reverify.

The only option currently provided is video verification, which is difficult as he do not have a physical storefront or signage to display. But he told me that he has have valid government-issued business licenses and an MSME certificate that he can provide as proof.

How can he contact Google Support to discuss alternative verification options using these documents instead of video verification?

Are they really a local business? Are their clients only within a 2 hours drive from their house?

It's possible Google thinks they do work outside the local area hence the request for verification. If so they need to put up signage and everything else Google requests.
