I am a lawyer in Turkey and My rivals getting a lot of 5 stars spam reviews and actualy one of them has 200+ reviews and he has been a lawyer for only 2 years. Other one had only 8 reviews one month ago and now he has 110 reviews. I flagged their map as spam and Google does not even care.

Unfortunately it seems like review spam is even harder to successfully report than listing spam. My advice would be to check for other ways in which they might be violating GMB terms. Do these lawyers have an office at which they can meet clients, or are they using a virtual office location?
