Reached A Dead End W/ Suspension Reinstatement

Hello,

I would love another set up eyes on a suspension issue I can't seem to wrap my head around. The suspension is for an optometrist who works at a multi-doctor practice.

***I would love to keep this doctors name from being mentioned in the comments, so that this thread doesn't index when patients are looking for her

Problem: This profile (business profile id: 7347435680402795428) follows all of Google guidlines, and yet, Google will not reinstate it. Should I still hold out hope, or throw in the towel?

Timeline:
January 8th - GBP became suspensed for 'Deceptive Content'. I was in the process of re-verifying her GBP at her new location when it became suspended. There were descriptors in her business name which likley caused the suspension.

January 13th - The doctor submitted the 1st appeal

January 18th - 1st appeal was denied

January 20th - I corrected the GBP and ensured it followed all of Google's guidlines. Afterwards, I submitted a 2nd appeal with signage & documentation which matched the name and address on her GBP.

January 21st - 2nd appeal was denied

January 23rd - Created a thread in the community forum which ran into a dead end https://support.google.com/business...n&msgid=321621110&sjid=6182245095386067974-NA

February 3rd - Submitted another appeal using this form with even more documentation proving her legitamacy. A couple hours later this appeal was rejected.

At the moment for practitioner GBPs I am seeing a push back from Google support on appeals to reinstate suspended and disabled profiles, in all cases in the last 2 months (MD, Realtors, etc) only when I escalated the cases they were reinstated.

You are not alone, but reading the thread on community it looks like it was escalated already and Google Support denied.
In that case you may ask another PE or create a new profile if it is eligible.
