COVID19 Banner Caused Drop In GMB

I added a covid19 banner on my website. I noticed my GMB dropped 2 places for my primary I've held for over a year. This was very strange. I looked at the date it started to drop and it happened around the time I added the banner. I took the banner off yesterday, guess what? I'm back! I have since placed a side tab and all is good!

I've heard a similar thing where a covid popup seemed the cause of a ranking drop. Yours is a banner though. Maybe Google is seeing the Covid text as the first thing on the page and is getting mixed content signals?
