Hello everyone, we've hit a brick wall with Google support and are hoping for help to get our reinstatement request in front of the right person.

Our GBP recently received a soft suspension. We submitted our reinstatement request and provided a copy of our IRS SS-4 form (Business name, address to Google. They were responsive at first then said we violated their rules and guidelines and stopped responding. We posted on the Product Expert forum and had a nice gentleman named Ekant try to help us but Google took the same stance with him. I've consulted with digital marketing professionals and been assured that the listing is compliant with their guidelines. This has been going on for over 2 months now and it's negatively impacting our family owned/run business. If someone could just get our case in front of the right person I'm confident that this would be an open/shut case.

There is nothing that we can do here at the local search forum. The Google business profile forum is essentially the last line of defense.
