Missing "Business Description" and Incomplete GBP

Checked a new client's GBP and the section for Business Description is missing.

Also showing "Incomplete Profile", however, I did complete the profile, skipped the offer though for "Workplace" which shouldn't matter.

Profile didn't show cover pic missing, pic is already there but when I dive into it, it shows "Pending" for the one I did recently upload.

Believe, GBP is corrupted, so messaged Support, but have yet to hear back from them...

It sounds like the GBP is pending verification or in a soft suspension state.
