Monitoring A Specific SERP

Obviously, it gets tedious to monitor the SERP landscape for numerous clients. Anyone got tips/ideas for monitoring a specific SERP? How do you do it?

How about taking screenshots and comparing them from one week to the next?

Store the shots in folders labelled as the search term.
