Are Capital Colour Press now sending and receiving messages via the app - it's all working OK?
 
Yes I get that. I just wondered if you might have to be active for a while to trigger it?
 
Could be, I considered that - but I turned my own messaging on (for the first time) the day after this client's, and now I have a Request A Quote button (which I don't want), and he still doesn't.
 
I'm not comfortable changing the Primary Cat... but that could be a solution if the buttons are being added to that particular category.
 
OK - I think that'll enable it though - until (if) Google decides to roll it out to the other primary category. C'est la via at this point.
