Schema Markup For Two Sets of Hours, Different Services

I'm trying to understand how to markup a page that offers two services at different hours. This is pretty common in the restaurant space. On one hand food is served until a certain hour and then the bar portion stays open to serve only drinks.

Q. Does it require nesting of two schemas types?

e.g. I see there is also food service.

Very confusing on how to tackle this.

Any advice is appreciate. Thx.
