Fascinating - a reviewer gets fined - are the tables finally turning?

Thought this was interesting - a french blogger was fined for writing a scathing review of a restaurant. While that's not specifically a review in the way we often think of them in the local space, it's an interesting to observe at least somewhere in the world a "reviewer" is being held to account.
No idea whether the review was fair or not, not having read the blogpost which has since been removed.
The optimist in me dares to dream this is one more step towards the much needed balance between reviewers and businesses.
