We are having an issue with our company's information appearing on other businesses' caller IDs. Our business is a secondary business located inside auto mechanics and body shops. It seems like the companies that compile caller ID information are getting confused that there are two businesses with the same address even though they have different names and functions. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
